Instructions for Authors

The Asian Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences welcomes original research articles, review papers, case reports, short communications, and clinical studies related to medical and health sciences.

1. Manuscript Submission
Authors should submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system or via the official journal email. The manuscript must not be previously published or under consideration by another journal.

2. Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts should be prepared in clear English using MS Word format. The manuscript should include the following sections:

  • Title page (Title, Author names, affiliations, corresponding author details)

  • Abstract (150–250 words)

  • Keywords (3–6 keywords)

  • Introduction

  • Materials and Methods

  • Results

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgements (if any)

  • Conflict of Interest Statement

  • References

3. Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Font Size: 12

  • Line spacing: 1.5

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

  • Pages should be numbered consecutively.

4. References
References should follow the Vancouver referencing style. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all references.

5. Ethical Considerations
All research involving human participants or animals must follow ethical standards and should include approval from an appropriate ethics committee. Authors must confirm that informed consent has been obtained where applicable.

6. Plagiarism Policy
The journal has a strict plagiarism policy. Manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software, and submissions with significant plagiarism will be rejected immediately.

7. Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two independent reviewers. The editorial board makes the final decision based on reviewers’ comments.

8. Copyright and Open Access
All published articles are open access and freely available to readers worldwide. Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish the article.

9. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Authors may be required to pay an article processing charge after acceptance of the manuscript. Details of APC are available on the journal website.
