Repository Policy

The Asian Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences (AJMRHS) supports the dissemination and accessibility of scientific research through institutional and subject repositories.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to deposit the following versions of their manuscripts in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites:

  1. Preprint (Submitted Version)
    Authors may share the submitted version of their manuscript before peer review on personal websites, institutional repositories, or recognized preprint servers.

  2. Accepted Manuscript (Post-print)
    Authors may archive the accepted version of their manuscript after peer review in institutional repositories or subject repositories with proper citation to the journal.

  3. Published Version (Version of Record)
    Authors may share the final published PDF on:

    • Institutional repositories

    • Personal websites

    • Non-commercial academic platforms

    The shared version must include a citation and link to the official journal website.

Embargo Policy
AJMRHS follows an open access policy, therefore there is no embargo period for repository deposition.

Citation Requirement
Any archived version must include the following statement:

"This article has been published in the Asian Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences. The final version is available at the journal website."

Repository Examples
Authors may deposit their articles in repositories such as:

  • Institutional repositories of universities

  • Government or research organization repositories

  • Subject-specific repositories related to medical and health sciences

Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their work. The journal allows non-commercial sharing and distribution of the article with proper attribution to the journal.

Compliance with Open Access Policies
The journal supports open science and encourages authors to make their research accessible through recognized repositories while maintaining proper citation to the original publication.
